Building the future of real-time search
Mission and Vision
The world's freshest, most relevant information can be instantly accessible. We envision a future where search is real-time, unbiased, and empowers discovery by connecting people directly to the source.
To make this a reality, we are building the fastest, most intelligent search engine—delivering access to content through a unified search experience.
Introducing Flux
Search engines today are built for yesterday's web — static, slow, and disconnected from the rapidly changing world we live in. Developers and AI-native teams still rely on legacy search engines to index their latest updates and as a result miss critical opportunities - often falling behind in an increasingly fast-paced digital landscape.
Traditional search engines prioritise historical content over fresh insights, leaving real-time information buried beneath outdated results. Search today is keyword-driven, filled with ads, and rarely relevant to user intent.
We've wrongly accepted that search must be slow — building entire workflows around the assumption that finding information takes time and Today, we might think it is good enough that AI knows the who the current President is, but tomorrow's assistants should know the moment a new one is elected.
A new way to search.
Flux is building the real-time search layer of the internet - that understands what's happening now, prioritises and surfaces fresh content, and delivers answers that can't wait for traditional indexing cycles. We're building the tools to enable the next generation of search to be immediate, intelligent, and built for the speed of modern development.
More than this, we are building to be web-wide, and not only information from one social media platform, or a from a handful of API integrations duck-taped together to give you a football score or a weather update.
Our long-term vision is for Flux to become the foundational search engine for builders and creators, replacing existing legacy search tools entirely, and enabling discovery that truly understands the pace of modern development. Each real-time result we deliver is a step toward our real goal: the freedom to find what's next, NOW.
In an age where information moves faster than ever, we're building the tools to enable the next generation of search to be immediate, intelligent, and built for a constant state of flux.
Team

Jaedon Munton
CEO
Jaedon co-develops our engine and guides product and capital strategy. After founding Investment Society during his Economics degree, he supported growth stage investments at Spartech Ventures, with work on a capital-matching tool for Hub71. Prior, he led deployment of résumé-trained BERT models at Certie, later driving partnerships, OEM/investor outreach, and developed search for procurement-data pipelines at ChipHub in Silicon Valley. He likes biscuit tea and Jack Russell terriers.

Joshua Myers
CTO
Josh is Flux's "impossible-to-scale" fixer. A Durham alum who captained a QuantConnect-winning team, he has shipped everything from a Java + ARCore + Rust Android app at IBM to optimized engine-sim code at Ansys. As CTO he turns cloud credits into high-throughput search infrastructure while mentoring the team on crawling quirks and binary-quantization hacks. When he's not refactoring, he's probably the UK's most gregarious developer, or locked-in at the gym.

Dhunyakorn 'Tee' Dhiravegin
GTM Lead
Dhunyakorn is the bat-signal answerer for 'new users in new places'. Armed with a Nottingham Business School degree and legendary response speed, he scouts channels, runs user interviews, and feeds insights straight into the roadmap. He also crafts content polished enough to make Sequoia decks blush and anchors Flux’s global community. Rumor has it he can book three calls while winning a blitz-chess game—he just calls it multitasking.
